Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, your order may still be processing.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after that.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us at support@grindco.store as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at support@grindco.store with your order number.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email support@grindco.store with a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the US. International shipping may be available in the future — stay tuned!
